Babylon Health are a digital healthcare startup, who are trying to democratise healthcare via telecoms.
When I joined the team in 2016, Babylon were experiencing rapid growth and my main focus was to help improve the output on digital channels as well as help with packaging and brand projects.
They are looking to expand their proposition by offering a health kit service, similar to that of Thriva and 23andMe. I worked with the founder and the in-house doctors to develop a kit and a set of instructions that were easy to use and reassuring.

Babylon is a digital healthcare startup based out of South Kensington. They were looking for an executive package to send out to the CEO’s of potential clients, in which they received a card with the code to a trial version of the service.

ADVERTISING
GP at hand is a service connecting people requiring a GP appointment with a doctor. I worked with the marketing team to create a series of digital adverts, with a goal of producing content that brought in customers at an average of £40 per acquisition. With one or two of the adverts we managed to get an average CPA of £11.
